Whispered Realities. When a creature starts its turn within 30 feet of the creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn. A creature that succeeds on this save is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
Innate Spellcasting. The creature's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the saving throw are also deafened until the end of their next turn.
Reactions
Shadowstep. When a creature that the entity can see attacks it, it can use its reaction to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see, becoming invisible until the start of its next turn.
