Veil of Intertwined Realities

This ethereal veil shimmers with a spectrum of colors, appearing as a subtle translucent fabric that seems to ripple with delicate whispers of otherworldly voices. When worn, it grants the wearer an enchanting presence that bends the fabric of reality around them, allowing for brief glimpses into alternate possibilities.
While attuned to the veil, you can use a bonus action to invoke its power, choosing one of the following effects:

Glimpse of Fate: Once per day, you can gain insight into an upcoming action or decision. You can roll an additional d6 and add it to a single attack roll, ability check, or saving throw made within the next minute. After use, this ability cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.

Interdimensional Shift: As a reaction to taking damage, you can instantly shift into a parallel reality, avoiding the damage entirely. Instead, you reappear in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of your original location. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.

Tether to Worlds Beyond: While wearing the veil, you can cast detect magic at will without expending a spell slot. Additionally, you can spend an action to attempt to communicate with beings from parallel planes. Make a Charisma check (DC = 10 + the number of times you've used this ability since your last long rest). On a successful check, you gain cryptic advice or hints from a being on another plane.
The veil is said to be woven by explorers who navigated through the multiverse, and remnants of those extraordinary journeys linger in its fabric. However, using its powers recklessly may attract the interest of strange entities, causing complications in the lives of those who wear it.
