Upon regaining consciousness, a ghostly echo of yourself manifests, allowing you to instantly use your reaction to make one opportunity attack against a creature within reach before fading away.
Curse: While the amulet provides great power, it also is a reminder that some echoes should not resurface. Each time you use the amulet’s abilities, roll a d20. On a roll of 1, you attract the attention of a spirit seeking closure, resulting in a spectral entity haunting you until you pay its demands, encouraging role-playing opportunities that can add depth to the campaign.
