This dark, flowing cloak seems to absorb light, creating a shimmering effect as shadows dance across its surface. Woven from strands of black silk and fragments of shadow essence, it melds seamlessly with its wearer, responding to their every movement.
While wearing this cloak, you gain the following benefits:

Shadow Blend: You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light or darkness.

Shroud of Shadows: As a bonus action, you can envelop yourself in a protective layer of shadows. For the next minute, you gain resistance to all damage from spells. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Evasion of the Unseen: Once per long rest, when you are targeted by an attack, you can use your reaction to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You then become invisible until the start of your next turn or until you make an attack, cast a spell, or drop the cloak.

Dusk's Reach: When you cast a spell that requires a spell slot, you can manipulate the shadows to conceal your magic. Choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you; that creature has disadvantage on the saving throw against that spell.
The cloak's dark magic is tied to the moon's phases. On nights with a new moon, it becomes even more potent; you can use each of its abilities one additional time. However, during a full moon, the cloak becomes erratic. You must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of your next turn whenever you attempt to use any of its magical abilities.
