Whisper of Shadows: The cloak allows you to communicate with your allies without speaking. You can send a short message (around 25 words) through shadows within 60 feet of you, which can only be heard by creatures you designate. This communication can only be used once per long rest.

Additionally, as a reaction when you take damage, you can absorb up to 10 points of damage, which creates a soft, echoing whisper that can be heard for up to 30 feet around you. This damage can be converted into temporary hit points, which last until the end of your next long rest. You can use this ability once per short rest.
