Chalice of Timeless Elixirs

This intricately crafted chalice is made of shimmering, silver-like metal that reflects light in a rainbow of colors. The basin is adorned with delicate etchings of swirling shapes, resembling the flow of time itself, while a small hourglass is embedded in its base. When a creature attunes to the chalice, they feel a subtle warmth emanating from it, as if it beckons them to partake in its mystical powers.
Once attuned, the bearer can fill the chalice with any liquid as an action. The filled chalice can produce one of the following elixirs when consumed as an action:

Elixir of Memory: This liquid grants advantage on Intelligence saving throws and checks for the next hour. Additionally, the user can share their memories with someone else who consumes the elixir, allowing both to experience a vision of significant moments from each other's lives.

Elixir of Agelessness: Upon drinking this elixir, the imbiber is immune to aging effects for the next 24 hours. They can also choose to add an extra d6 to their next successful Constitution saving throw within that time.

Elixir of Untapped Potential: This allows the user to reroll one failed ability check or saving throw made within the last minute. The second roll must be taken, and the elixir's magic won't restore any lost hit points.
The chalice can produce a total of three elixirs every long rest, and the type of elixir must be chosen by the user before filling the chalice. Once consumed, the liquid dissipates, and the chalice must be filled again to work its magic.
However, the time-related powers of the chalice are not without consequences. Each time an elixir is consumed, there is a cumulative 10% chance (re-rolling if necessary) that the drinker experiences brief temporal distortions or visions. These can manifest as a momentary flash of a past or future event, potentially leading the character astray or causing minor disorientation (impose disadvantage on the next skill check or attack roll).
This chalice serves as both a powerful utility and a risk factor, offering players unique choices that can enhance both role-playing opportunities and gameplay challenges throughout their adventures.
