However, the chalice also carries a heavy cost. Each time the Speak with Dead ability is used, roll a d6. On a roll of 1, the user becomes haunted by the spirit they communicate with for 24 hours, suffering disadvantage on all Wisdom saving throws during this time as the spirit's unresolved feelings weigh heavily on their mind.
